Role Overview: The AI Entrepreneurship Mindset Coach will help ambitious mid-career and senior-level professionals confidently transition into successful AI entrepreneurs. You'll coach founders through the mental and strategic shifts required to ideate, validate, and scale AI-driven products. You'll leverage proven cognitive strategies and personal accountability frameworks to help clients overcome imposter syndrome, embrace risk, and cultivate sustainable entrepreneurial habits. Responsibilities: Conduct weekly mindset coaching calls, leading participants through mindset blocks around idea validation, execution speed, and self-belief. Provide personalized coaching sessions, addressing individual mental barriers such as imposter syndrome, perfectionism, fear of failure, and overwhelm. Guide clients using practical frameworks such as the Disney Method (Dreamer, Realist, Critic) to facilitate effective ideation and critical evaluation processes. Foster evidence-based confidence building by helping clients interpret market feedback as validation rather than judgment. Encourage the adoption of a growth-oriented belief system, reinforcing the principle: "This will work because I am doing it." Collaborate with the broader coaching team (product, growth, technical) to align mindset coaching with overall client objectives and milestones. Continually refine and adapt coaching strategies based on client feedback, ensuring relevance and effectiveness. Qualifications: Proven experience coaching entrepreneurs, particularly those transitioning from corporate careers into entrepreneurship. Deep understanding of common entrepreneurial mindset challenges, including imposter syndrome, anxiety around competition, and the temptation of perfectionism. Familiarity with the AI entrepreneurship landscape, including current trends, opportunities, and market dynamics. Strong ability to foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging group coaching environment. Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering powerful insights clearly and compassionately. Background or interest in cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and performance psychology preferred.
