This is a fixed-scope project with a firm deadline, focused on delivering performance, precision, and business impact. Project Scope 1. Non-Member Chatbot (Lead Conversion Focus) * Acts as a helpful, informative assistant for non-members browsing the public site * Answers questions about features, pricing tiers, and member benefits * Guides users through site navigation * Designed to subtly influence users toward becoming paid members through value-driven, persuasive conversation 2. Member-Only Chatbot (Primary Support Layer) * Serves as the main support channel for members (live support is the fallback, not the default) * Assists with platform navigation, account management (password reset, upgrade, cancellations), and access to external resources like Discord and livestreams * Handles education-related questions regarding market investing using structured knowledge and conversational logic 3. Post-Conversation Intelligence Engine * Performs structured analysis of user-bot conversations * Identifies recurring support themes, missed opportunities, UI pain points, and frequent user requests * Produces actionable insights to inform product development, customer support, and UX design 4. Intelligent UX and Navigation Tracker * Goes beyond traditional tools like Google Analytics * Tracks user behavior to identify friction points, drop-offs, and inefficient user paths * Provides improvement suggestions based on behavioral flow and interaction patterns Technical Requirements We are looking for a developer who can lead this project end-to-end with minimal supervision. Required capabilities include: * Experience with LLM-based chatbot development (OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable technologies) * Ability to design or implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), custom knowledge base integration, or prompt engineering systems * CRM integration skills, including the ability to capture and update contact records through API connections (platform-agnostic: HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or custom DBs) * Front-end experience for embedding bots and connecting them with site UI * Expertise in data validation and error handling to ensure reliable system performance * Familiarity with security and privacy best practices, especially when handling user data * Ability to track and analyze user behavior for intelligent UX recommendations Tech Stack We are open to your recommendation.
