About Us: We are a boutique real estate law firm specializing in residential closings. Our team is dedicated to providing clients with responsive, professional service from contract to closing. We are seeking a dependable and articulate Virtual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and partners. Position Overview: The Virtual Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, managing messages, routing calls to the appropriate party, verifying wire instructions, and providing exceptional customer service. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the firm’s professional image and ensuring smooth communication with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: • Answer and route incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to appropriate team members • Confirm wire instructions when lenders, buyers, realtors call • Greet and screen potential clients over the phone • Provide general information about the firm’s services (no legal advice) • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications • Perform occasional administrative tasks as requested Qualifications: • Fluent in English with a neutral accent; must not have a heavy accent • Prior experience as a receptionist, call center agent, or similar role preferred • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for answering calls • Familiarity with real estate or legal terminology is a plus • Tech-savvy and comfortable using phone systems, calendars, and cloud-based tools • Detail-oriented, punctual, and highly organized Schedule: [Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST]
