**Job Description: Azure, M365, and Intune Engineer** We are seeking an expert level Microsoft Cloud Engineer as an escalation point for our internal IT team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing, supporting, troubleshooting, securing, and optimizing the Microsoft Cloud, including but not limited to: • Azure • Entra • M365 • Defender • Intune • Enterprise Applications • Sentinel You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures, contributing to our knowledge base and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to mentor and train junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to elevate the overall capability of the IT team. **Key Responsibilities: ** -Technical issues related to Microsoft Cloud - Manage the deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of cloud-based services. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, systems, and troubleshooting procedures. - Mentor and train junior IT staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on cloud-related projects. **Qualifications: ** - Proven experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Cloud environments. - Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues independently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. - Familiarity with cloud security best practices and governance frameworks. - Relevant certifications in Microsoft Cloud are highly desirable.
