Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Agent Job Description: We are seeking Call Center Agents to join our team and assist in scheduling healthcare appointments for our Nurse Practitioners (NPs). As part of our Outbound call center, this is a fast-paced role where you will interact with senior citizens, providing a vital service with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Schedule healthcare appointments for senior citizens. Handle a high volume of calls and appointments efficiently. Multitask seamlessly between systems and conversations. Ensure accurate data entry while maintaining patient confidentiality. Requirements: Previous call center experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with call center software and tools. Must have the following technical setup: iCore 5 processor or higher 8 GB RAM minimum Wired high-speed internet connection USB noise-canceling headphones Quiet, distraction-free workspace Flexible availability to work across time zones (EST to PST) and shifts, as our call center operates 7 days a week.
