We regularly produce slide decks and companion workbooks for our trainings, digital courses and live workshops - and we pride ourselves on delivering a polished, professional product every time. Role Overview We’re looking for a meticulous Slide Deck & Workbook QA Specialist to serve as the final checkpoint before materials go live. You won’t be designing slides or workbooks yourself - but you will ensure that every piece is accurate, polished and 100% aligned with our brand and scripts. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Designer to uphold the high standards our students expect. This role is perfect for someone with an exceptional eye for detail, strong proofreading skills, and a passion for quality assurance across both content and visual elements. Key Responsibilities Content QA: Review final slide decks and workbooks for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with provided scripts. Proofreading & Copy QA: Identify and correct typos, grammar errors, and inconsistencies in voice or terminology. Visual Consistency Checks: Ensure alignment, spacing, fonts, colors, transitions, and animations match brand guidelines and maintain visual polish. Feedback Delivery: Provide clear, detailed, and actionable feedback to the Designer for revisions. Deadline Management: Deliver high-quality QA within tight turnaround times, including weekend availability for last-minute reviews. Requirements Impeccable attention to detail - you notice what others miss. Strong proofreading and editing skills across visual and written content. Basic understanding of animations and flow in slide presentations. Comfortable working within brand guidelines and design systems. Proficient in Keynote for reviewing slide presentations. Experienced in Google Docs for reviewing and tracking notes/feedback. Comfortable working in Adobe InDesign. Exceptionally organized and efficient; able to juggle multiple reviews at once. Strong communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Must be available on weekends as needed. Bonus Point Experience in online education, coaching or consulting industries.
