We are a Leadership and Management Consulting firm seeking a skilled and dependable Grant Writer to support our efforts in securing funding from foundations, government agencies, and corporate giving programs. Our work centers on leadership development, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, and strategic planning—particularly for nonprofits and mission-driven companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of writing successful grants in the areas of workforce development, organizational capacity-building, and social impact. Responsibilities: • Research and identify relevant grant opportunities aligned with our services and mission • Draft compelling proposals, letters of intent, and supporting documentation • Tailor content to specific funder requirements and priorities • Work with our team to gather program details, metrics, and impact narratives • Manage submission timelines and ensure timely delivery of all application components • Assist with reporting requirements and renewal proposals as needed Requirements: • Proven experience writing and winning grants for nonprofits or consulting firms • Excellent research, writing, and editing skills • Strong understanding of foundation, federal, and state grantmaking processes • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once • Familiarity with grant portals (e.g., Grants.gov, Foundation Directory, or similar) Preferred Experience: • Grants related to leadership training & management, executive coaching, capacity-building, culture change, DEI, or social impact initiatives • Experience with both programmatic and general operating support proposals • Knowledge of logic models, evaluation metrics, and budgets To Apply: Please submit: • A brief cover letter outlining your experience and success rate • 1–2 samples of funded grant proposals (or excerpts)
