As our team grows, we're looking to bring on freelance Engagement & Interaction (E&I) Specialists who are passionate about authentic connection, social storytelling, and driving intentional engagement across social platforms. About the Role: This is a freelance, part-time role ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what genuine engagement looks like, and knows how to maintain a consistent brand voice while connecting with online communities. Our E&I Specialists are people who work closely with the Director of Community Management and our Account Managers to effectively, efficiently, and intentionally grow client profiles - per social media channel. They are responsible for ensuring all content follows the set guidelines and expanding the brand’s online community. They are also responsible for ensuring content gets posted, published, and is live - without any grammar or quality issues. What You’ll Do: 1. Logging in (and staying logged in) to client pages 2. Engage with audiences and other accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) through likes, comments, shares, and DMs (within given parameters) 3. Monitor Stories and post engagement-driven content (e.g., polls, questions) directly from client accounts 4.Maintain each client’s unique tone and brand voice across platforms 5.Flag noteworthy DMs/comments or community trends that may require internal team/client attention 6.Collaborate with the internal team to suggest optimizations based on platform activity 7.Schedule and lightly plan content as needed, primarily within Stories and engagement posts 8.Track and summarize engagement insights using Meta Business Suite and Sendible 9.Create Weekly Check-Ins: Weekly Check-Ins are a recap of the engagement done that week, and they are sent to the client each Friday 10.Create a Monthly Analytics Report at the end of each month per account: A template is provided, as well as access to our internal software to pull data What We’re Looking For: Experience managing or engaging on behalf of brand accounts (freelance or agency is a plus) Comfortable using Meta Business Suite and/or Sendible for content scheduling and reporting Proficient in reading and interpreting basic social media analytics Strong communication skills and ability to match a client’s tone and voice Familiarity with Reddit is a plus, though not required Available for part-time work (hours vary by client, generally between 5–15 hours/week) This Role is Not: This is not a paid ads or growth marketing position. We’re not looking for someone to manage CACs, ROAS, or ad spend. This role is about relationship-building and daily interaction with online communities.
