You are not just an account manager — you’re a trusted advisor and proactive problem-solver who understands the operational reality of running a home service business. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal teams — including SEO, paid media, content, and design — to ensure we’re not only meeting expectations, but consistently identifying opportunities for growth. During your first 60 days, you’ll train alongside our seasoned Client Growth Strategist to learn the Hero Growth Blueprint and gain a clear understanding of the standard of excellence we deliver to every client.
