Description: We are a growing e-commerce beauty brand that offers premium and luxury products from top-tier brands including Byredo, Hermès, Ole Henriksen, Charlotte Tilbury, Diptyque, Kat Von D, NARS, Benefit, Medik8, Sachajuan, Too Faced, Estée Lauder, Clinique, Fresh, Guerlain, and more. We’re looking for a contractor or freelancer with proven experience in digital marketing, sales funnel development, and website optimization—specifically in the beauty, skincare, or luxury goods space. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Build and execute marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok with a focus on ROI. 2. Social Media Management: Create branded content and manage posts/stories that align with beauty/luxury aesthetics. 3. Website Revamp & Management: Update and maintain our Shopify (or custom) website to be modern, mobile-friendly, and conversion-optimized. 4. Sales Funnel Development: Improve customer journey from first impression to checkout, including email capture, retargeting, and abandoned cart flows. 5. Analytics & Reporting: Provide regular updates on ad performance, web traffic, and campaign KPIs with actionable insights. Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Experience working with beauty or luxury brands (please share links or portfolio). - Strong knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar), Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Canva/Figma. - Aesthetic eye for design and branding, especially for beauty/skincare products. - Ability to work independently while maintaining communication on progress and results. - Clear understanding of DTC e-commerce sales funnels and conversion strategy.
