Client Experience Specialist (Sales Associate)

Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Sales Associate to promote and sell our podcast services and memberships. This is a part-time virtual position (10–15 hours per week), ideal for a strong communicator who excels at building relationships and closing sales. While the role is remote, candidates located in Dallas have the option to work onsite or in a hybrid capacity, including supporting local events such as vendor booths, studio tours, and networking opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Outreach: Proactively prospect and engage potential clients to promote podcast memberships and services. Follow up with leads from events, online inquiries, and referrals. Nurture strong relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction. Event Representation (for Dallas-based team members): Represent Hello Studios at local events, vendor booths, and community networking functions to generate leads and boost visibility. Assist with event setup and breakdown when attending in person. Client Communication: Clearly and compellingly explain our services, pricing, and value proposition. Respond to client inquiries and concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Administrative Tasks: Log sales activity and client interactions using our CRM system. Collaborate with the team to develop and improve outreach strategies. Qualifications: Demonstrated sales experience, especially in service-based or creative industries. Personable, outgoing, and passionate about connecting with people. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a virtual setting and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to attend events (for local candidates), including occasional evenings or weekends. Organized and self-motivated with effective time management. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with podcasting, audio production, or creative services. Experience using CRM tools or sales software. Knowledge of the Dallas creative and entrepreneurial community is a plus. Work Schedule & Benefits: Part-time: 10–15 hours per week.
