Sealvertise is a bold, creative marketing agency looking for a seasoned Sales Director to build and lead our sales function from the ground up. You’ll be afforded the autonomy to design the process, refine the pitch, and scale a winning team. You’ll be responsible for: – Developing a scalable outbound and inbound sales strategy – Owning the full sales cycle: lead gen, setting, closing – Hiring and managing setters/closers as we grow – Working closely with the CEO to align services with market needs Ideal candidate has: – Proven success selling agency services or B2B marketing – Candidates experienced with Personal Injury law preferred – Experience building and leading sales teams – Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset – Ability to generate immediate pipeline and close early wins Structure: – Contract-to-hire, with performance-based bonuses – Remote, flexible hours – Opportunity to grow the position into a leadership/equity role
