I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to help me source contact information for outreach. I work with a variety of clients across different niches, and a key part of my service involves identifying and compiling outreach lists of potential affiliate partners who align with each brand’s goals and audience. Your main responsibilities will include: -Researching and identifying potential affiliates based on client-specific criteria (e.g. niche, follower count, engagement, content type, etc.) -Finding accurate contact information (email, social media handles, website, etc.) for outreach -Compiling organized, easy-to-navigate lists (usually in Google Sheets) -Ensuring leads are qualified and meet the outlined criteria -Updating and maintaining a growing outreach database What I'm looking for: -Someone who is internet savvy and great at research -Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and general web searches -Detail-oriented and accurate when sourcing and inputting data -Communicative and reliable — able to ask questions when unclear and hit deadlines -Works efficiently and can source leads quickly to hit needed deadlines Bonus if you have experience with: -Influencer marketing -Affiliate marketing -CRM tools or lead management platforms This role will start with affiliate lead sourcing only, but could expand over time depending on performance and your interests (e.g. outreach support, CRM tracking, etc.).
