We are using the built-in integration between Hubspot and Meta so we can optimize our Meta ads performance based on our lifecycle events and optimize for higher quality leads. We've had this setup for weeks, but the Events Manager in Meta continues to say "Waiting for 7 days of data." Lead coverage has been over 60% throughout this period and we are ~100 leads per day, so the volume and lead coverage should be sufficient. And yet we still are not given the option to optimize for funnel events. The actual funnel events seem much lower, so this may be where the problem is. We have an automation in Hubspot that qualifies the lead into lifecycle stage = "Marketing Qualified Lead" / "Sales Qualified Lead" based on certain criteria, which should then trigger the Meta event of "Marketing Qualified Lead" / "Sales Qualified Lead". Some assistance in getting this setup finalized would be appreciated!
