Role Description: We’re hiring commission-only sales reps (remote) to help us scale our client base. You’ll be responsible for cold outreach, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and closing clients on high-converting service packages. We provide a proven script, CRM, lead list, and onboarding support. Responsibilities: Initiate cold calls, emails, and DMs to business owners in pro services Qualify and book discovery calls with high-intent leads Close deals for branding, web, and marketing retainers Track performance, leads, and CRM updates Collaborate with our CEO and marketing team to optimize pitch strategy Qualifications: Strong communication and relationship-building skills Previous experience in outbound B2B sales or commission roles Confident in consultative selling and overcoming objections Self-starter mindset with a hunger to earn based on performance Tech-savvy: CRM, Slack, Calendly, etc. Compensation: 100% commission 15% commission per deal (Average sale: $2,000–$5,000+) On-Target Earnings (OTE): $3,000–$7,500+/month Bonuses for hitting milestones Why Work With Us: Warm lead support and CRM setup Rapidly growing niche: pro service businesses Growth path into senior sales or team lead roles Full creative support and proven client results
