We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Junior Account Executive to support our dynamic team and directly assist our seasoned Podcast Ad Sales Account Executives. Position Overview As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in our sales process, providing critical administrative, research, and communication support to help the Account Executive successfully drive revenue and build strong client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within the podcast or media sales industry while contributing meaningfully to the success of a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Assist the Account Executive in day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing client decks, and managing follow-ups. Create RFP responses via Google Sheets. Help manage and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot) with accurate client communication records, campaign status, and prospecting activity. Conduct advertiser and agency research to support prospecting and new business efforts. Work closely with other internal departments to ensure campaign execution runs smoothly. Monitor industry news and trends to provide relevant updates to the sales team. Embody True Native Media's core values in every client interaction and internal process.
