I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with the day-to-day operations of my two Airbnb rentals and occasional personal tasks. Role Overview: Many of the operations for the Airbnbs are already automated (like check-in/check-out instructions), so your role will focus on light coordination and support. This role will start at ~3 - 4 hours per week, with the opportunity to take on more hours over time if you’re interested in helping with other tasks.s Key Responsibilities: • Update Lock Codes: Use the August App to add entry codes for each new reservation. • Coordinate Cleaning: Notify the cleaning crew of new bookings, cancellations, and guest turnover to ensure a smooth experience. • Guest Communication: Respond to routine guest inquiries using saved replies or a FAQ sheet. Escalate any complex issues to me directly. • Monthly Tax Filing: Log revenue and complete a simple monthly tax report online for the Town of Mammoth Lakes and City of Big Bear Lakes. • Ad Hoc Tasks: Occasionally assist with other needs such as travel planning, appointment coordination, or personal errands. What I’m Looking For: • Excellent communication and attention to detail • Comfortable with apps like Airbnb, Google Sheets, and August Locks (or willing to learn) • Trustworthy, responsive, and organized • Looking for a long-term working relationship I’ll provide training and clear documentation to get you up and running.
