Hi there — I run Nash Consulting, a boutique Seattle-based leadership and organizational development firm that works with public agencies and mission-driven organizations. I’m looking for a freelancer to help us execute and optimize outbound email campaigns. This is not about blasting cold emails — we need someone who understands quality, personalization, and thoughtful messaging. You’ll help us: -Write and send ~100–300 semi-personalized emails/week -Set up and manage email tools -Build and manage multi-step follow-up sequences -Track open, click, and response rates -Run A/B tests and iterate based on performance We'll start with a 90-day test to learn what works, then potentially grow the role.
