The HR Project Manager will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Head of HR, North America overseeing the implementation of HR initiatives, managing daily operations, and driving key projects to completion. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution. Responsibilities: Assist the Head of HR, North America in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives Assist the Head of HR, NA on the operations of the team, deliverables, and key issues Create high-quality materials and resources for various meetings and projects Foster close relationships with peers and relevant departments across the organization and externally to support HR initiatives. Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities and execute accordingly Report and resolve internal and external team conflict to ensure alignment to the project objectives and adherence to project schedule Collaborate with internal teams to create communication and change management strategies and communications Analyze HR data and metrics to provide dashboards with insights as well as recommendations for continuous improvement Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Head of HR, NA Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience 7 + years of work experience in HR Project Management, HR Operations and/or a Chief of Staff position Additional Qualifications: Strong organizational change management, facilitation and conflict resolution skills Flexibility and collaborative and co-creation spirit Demonstrated track record of maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion Proven ability to lead, coach, influence and find win-win compromise solutions and motivate individuals and project teams to achieve stated results through practices and policies Drives accountability to ensure timelines are met Ability to independently drive decisions and think creatively; demonstrated effectiveness at conflict management and consensus building on organizational changes and implementations Ability to manage meetings with Senior/Executive leadership by facilitating, leading and driving discussions Team player, comfortable with fast-paced, changing and ambiguous environment
