Instagram DM Outreach Specialist (Lead Generation) Description: We're looking for a dedicated Instagram DM Outreach Specialist to help us generate leads through strategic, personalized direct messaging on Instagram. This is an ongoing, part-time role with the potential for long-term work Responsibilities: Send personalized DMs from our Instagram account to pre-identified target users. Follow a proven script (with flexibility for personalization). Qualify leads based on specific criteria. Track conversations in a simple CRM or Google Sheet. Communicate updates and provide input on message performance. Requirements: Fluent written English with a natural, friendly tone. Experience with Instagram outreach or similar lead generation work. Organized and consistent—able to track outreach and manage responses. Reliable and communicative. Able to hit daily and weekly messaging goals. Preferred (but not required): Familiarity with lead generation for coaches, agencies, or digital services. Experience using IG lead tools (manually—no bots). Pay: Hourly Flexible hours. Remote.
