Inside Sales Rep / Lead Qualifier

Position Summary We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Inside Sales Development Rep (SDR) to work from our office and focus on one core objective: qualify prospects and fill the top of our sales funnel. You’ll be responsible for calling leads in our existing CRM and from purchased lists to identify who has the ability to refer or direct us work — and who is open to building a relationship with our company. This role is not about closing. It’s about opening doors. Key Responsibilities - Call prospects from our database (Luxor) and purchased lead lists daily - Qualify contacts by asking a structured set of questions - Identify if the contact: - Manages or influences HOA or property decisions - Has the ability to refer or direct work (water, mold, fire, reconstruction) - Is open to building a referral relationship - Update CRM with: - Accurate contact info - Qualification status - Notes on conversation and next steps - Flag and hand off qualified leads to field sales or account managers - Track daily KPIs including dials, conversations, qualified leads, and contact data gathered What Success Looks Like - High volume of consistent, quality outbound calls - Accurate and complete notes in CRM (Luxor) - Regular flow of new, qualified leads to the field sales team - Strong phone presence, confidence, and clarity - Professional follow-through and reliability Tools You’ll Use - Luxor CRM (industry-specific) - RingCentral phone system (calls are tracked/recorded) - Company-provided scripts and qualification templates - Basic Google Sheets or dashboards for KPI tracking Ideal Candidate - Strong phone communication skills - Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented - Follows direction and implements feedback quickly - Can sit and dial for extended periods while staying focused - Previous experience in sales support, appointment setting, or lead generation is a plus - Call during 8-5pm Pacific Standard Time Compensation - Base hourly rate (based on experience) - Bonus opportunities for leads that result in closed jobs - Career growth opportunities into outside sales or other departments based on performance
