B2B Cold Email Marketing Specialist for Veteran-Focused Recruiting Firm

Job Description: We’re looking for a B2B email marketing expert to help us launch and manage outbound cold email campaigns aimed at generating leads and clients for our recruiting firm, which specializes in placing military veterans in civilian roles across industries like logistics, manufacturing, and field service. Responsibilities: Set up cold email outreach system (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.) Write and test high-converting email copy for B2B decision-makers Segment and build targeted prospect lists Monitor deliverability, open rates, and responses Adjust and optimize campaigns for better performance Ideal Candidate: Experience running B2B cold email campaigns, ideally for professional services Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, or similar Strong copywriting and list-building skills Understanding of lead generation for staffing/recruiting a plus This is a part-time or project-based role with potential for ongoing work based on results.
