Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced Go High Level (GHL) specialist to help us streamline and consolidate our sales and marketing systems into one clean, high-performing ecosystem. Currently, we use: - Calendly for booking - Close CRM for tracking deals and sales - GHL for funnels, email, and website - Facebook Ads for lead generation We are running into issues with attribution tracking, funnel automation, and disjointed workflows. Our goal is to fully migrate all functions (booking, CRM, automation, tracking) into Go High Level so everything lives in one place and performance can be clearly tracked from ad click to closed sale. Scope of Work: ✅ Migrate Calendly booking flows into GHL (multiple team members) ✅ Set up routing/qualifying forms to disqualify leads before booking ✅ Migrate deal stages, pipelines, and contact notes from Close into GHL ✅ Integrate Facebook Ads with GHL for proper lead source tracking ✅ Set up workflows, automations, tagging, and reporting dashboards ✅ Train our team on how to manage and edit what’s built Ideal Candidate: Proven experience migrating companies to GHL from multiple platforms Strong understanding of attribution tracking and Facebook lead workflows Can build user-friendly workflows and pipeline dashboards Familiar with Zapier or GHL native integrations (optional) Clear communicator with strong documentation and training abilities Budget: Open to hourly or fixed-rate proposals depending on experience and scope.
