Commission-Based Acquisitions Manager For Virtual Real Estate Wholesaling (Leads Required)


I am looking for a motivated and self-driven Acquisitions Manager to join my virtual real estate wholesaling business. As an acquisitions manager, you’ll be responsible for:     •    Finding and sourcing motivated sellers through various strategies (cold calling, texting, direct mail, etc.)     •    Negotiating contracts and locking up deals with sellers.     •    Identifying and building a list of cash buyers who are ready to purchase wholesale properties.     •    Submitting qualified deals for closing and managing the relationship with buyers.     •    Follow-up with both sellers and buyers to ensure smooth transactions and deal closures. This is a commission-only position with 20% of the net assignment fee paid per deal closed.
