Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager - Condo Project Manager to oversee the approval process for condominium projects with various regulatory authorities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of the approval requirements for the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and PERS Approval. Responsibilities: Approval Process Management: Lead the entire approval process for condominium projects with regulatory authorities like FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and PERS. Compliance Assurance: Ensure all projects meet the eligibility criteria and compliance guidelines set by the applicable regulatory authorities. Documentation Preparation: Review project documentation, including financial statements, legal documentation, management agreements, and any other required documents, to ensure completeness and accuracy for submission. Regulatory Requirements Research: Stay updated with the latest regulatory guidelines, eligibility requirements, and industry best practices to provide accurate advice and make informed recommendations for project approval. Project Evaluation: Assess potential risks and challenges in project approvals, identify solutions, and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful project completion within deadlines. Team Leadership: Supervise and provide guidance to a team of project coordinators and analysts, ensuring efficient workflow, appropriate delegation, and effective execution of tasks. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project approval processes, workflows, and documentation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance standards. Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in condominium project management, specifically focusing on securing approvals from FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and PERS. In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, eligibility criteria, and guidelines for project approvals set by FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and PERS. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate project documentation, identify risks, and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders. Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead a team, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure timely project completion. Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
