Build a Clean, Mobile-First PWA for Stat Tracking & Leaderboards We're looking for a frontend/full-stack developer to build the MVP of a mobile-first Progressive Web App (PWA) focused on user profiles, stat tracking, and social media–ready achievement exports. The platform centers on competitive self-improvement and community recognition, allowing users to manually log progress and track their grind over time. This is Phase 1 of a larger project. If successful, future phases will expand features, automation, and community systems. You won't be locked in, but we're looking for someone who can build clean and scalable foundations. What We Need: A clean, mobile-first PWA designed for user-submitted stat tracking Manual stat entry form (4–8 fields) with an origin setup and weekly update capability A couple of simple calculators to track stat growth between custom date ranges (used to analyze performance during unique periods or events) Visual exports of user progress formatted for social media sharing Leaderboards for all-time, weekly, and monthly views Radar-style chart comparing user stats to overall averages Basic screenshot upload feature to optionally verify manual entries Free vs paid user access with basic gated features (e.g. leaderboard visibility, export access, profile enhancements) Simple payment processing to support one-time or recurring purchase for premium access Supabase or similar backend for user auth and stat storage Admin access to view/edit user data or moderate content Preferred Stack: React (or React-based framework) Supabase for auth, storage, and DB Tailwind CSS for clean and responsive design html2canvas or equivalent for generating visual exports Ideal Fit: Strong eye for clean, modern UI/UX with a mobile-first mindset Comfortable working solo from a clear and focused spec Proactive communicator who can flag issues before they hit production Bonus if you’ve worked on dashboards, fitness trackers, or creator tools Timeline: We're targeting a 4–12 week MVP build. If things go well, there are future features we’d love to add (OCR, event-based challenges, social achievements, progression systems, deeper monetization layers, and expanded user roles). To Apply: Please share examples of mobile-first projects you've worked on, especially anything involving user dashboards, data entry/visualization, or social-ready exports. If you’ve built leaderboard systems, stat tracking tools, or platforms with gated premium access, highlight those. Note: Design references and mockups will be provided to shortlisted candidates after an initial message or interview.
