We’re looking for a highly skilled, part-time Zoho Sites Web Design Expert who is a true ninja when it comes to building attractive, responsive, SEO-optimized, and WCAG 2.1 compliant websites. If you have a sharp eye for design, a strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, and the ability to fully leverage the Zoho Sites platform for high-performance websites, this is the gig for you. About Us: We’re a boutique consulting firm that blends business process improvement with Zoho implementation and strategic brand-building. As we grow our digital presence across several brands, we need a reliable and experienced Zoho Sites expert who can consistently produce professional-grade websites that look beautiful and perform exceptionally. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop professional websites using Zoho Sites Create visually appealing, brand-aligned layouts with mobile responsiveness Ensure all websites are fully WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliant for accessibility Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, schema, load speed, etc.) Optimize layout and content for conversion and engagement Integrate with other Zoho apps (CRM, Forms, Campaigns, WorkDrive, etc.) where needed Create reusable page templates and style guides for content expansion Collaborate with marketing and content teams on design and performance improvements Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience designing and building websites exclusively in Zoho Sites Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, professional, responsive web design Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools (including site speed optimization) Hands-on knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and implementation Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices Strong attention to detail, reliability, and timely communication Ability to follow design briefs and also contribute creative ideas Experience with Zoho One ecosystem is a strong plus Nice to Have: Knowledge of HTML/CSS to tweak Zoho Sites as needed Experience with tools like Google Search Console, GTmetrix, or Lighthouse Familiarity with structured data / schema markup Project Details: Part-time / Hourly Initial project will involve 1–2 website builds with potential for long-term engagement across multiple brands Flexible hours but must meet deadlines and attend periodic check-ins Bonus opportunities for delivering high-performing and innovative designs To Apply: Please submit: A brief intro about you and your experience with Zoho Sites Links to 3+ Zoho Sites websites you’ve personally designed A short paragraph on how you ensure accessibility and SEO compliance Your hourly rate and availability Let’s build something beautiful, accessible, and high-performing—together.
