UX/UI Designer Needed – Figma Prototype for Admin, Tax Pro, Taxpayer Portals + Browser Extension **Description:** We are building **Refundly**, a fintech platform for tax professionals to securely collect IRS refund-based fees. We need a **serious UX/UI designer** to design a **semi-interactive prototype in Figma** across four core environments: 1. **Admin Portal** – Internal dashboard for managing tax offices, users, and compliance 2. **Tax Professional Portal** – For EROs to onboard clients, manage fees, and track returns 3. **Taxpayer Portal** – For clients to upload documents, authorize fees, and check refund status 4. **Browser Extension** – Lightweight tool for refund notifications, updates, and quick links **Scope of Work:** * Create clean, responsive UI screens using Figma * Build semi-clickable prototypes for walkthroughs * Develop scalable UI components (tables, modals, alerts, etc.) * Design user flows that prioritize usability and simplicity * Design compact UI for Chrome/Firefox extension **Key Features Per Portal:** *Admin Portal:* * Metrics dashboard (refunds, offices, compliance alerts) * EFIN uploads, audit logs, user permissions * Transaction logs and status filters *Tax Pro Portal:* * Client intake + fee setup * Refund tracking and disbursement summaries * Office profile, payout preferences *Taxpayer Portal:* * Digital consent and refund status timeline * Secure file upload * Alerts and support messaging *Browser Extension:* * Last refund status + update history * Push alert controls * Quick links to taxpayer or pro portal **Must-Have Requirements:** **Do NOT send sample work from Dribbble, Fiverr, Behance templates, or any other design galleries.** **Only submit your REAL product design work that has been used in production or serious prototypes.** Applicants who submit template or fake samples will be **automatically disqualified.** **What We’re Looking For:** * Real experience designing **SaaS platforms, CRMs, or admin portals** * Advanced **Figma skills** (components, prototyping, auto-layout, etc.) * Strong UX instincts and practical layout logic * Experience designing **browser extension UI** is a huge plus **Deliverables:** * Full Figma file with screens and reusable components * Semi-interactive prototype with click-throughs * Organized layers and developer handoff notes **Bonus:** Ongoing work available for future product features.
