About the Role We’re seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer for a contract position to help elevate the user experience and interface design of our digital products. This role requires a professional with strong experience in both UX strategy and UI design execution. You’ll work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to create intuitive, user-centered solutions that drive engagement and functionality. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps Design clean, functional, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile platforms Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on designs Ensure consistent application of design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and UI execution Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) Solid understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and usability best practices Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions Strong communication and collaboration skills
