Meta Business Instagram Facebook Troubleshooting

I am a real estate agent. I have a personal facebook account and added a business page years ago. In the last few years I added instagram as well. I was always able to switch between accounts fluidly. My pages were also connected to my brokerage platform where I could post to FB and instagram directly from there. In the last few months I had someone build out some ads for me in FB. The ads kept getting flagged for some reason. The guy went in and removed a certain connection saying that sometimes that conflicts with the ads manager the way it was set. The ads did work after that but I didnt realize my connections to my business page and brokerage was severed. I have been trying to restore it but without success. As of now I can access my personal page but can't add my business page because I don't have admin rights to the page. I can't log in to my business page or get into it anyway that I can see either. Meta shows my instagram account is there but I can't really do anything with it. When I go to add instagram account my FB business page is there with it. I don't know how that happened but I am guessing I can get to it through instagram somehow. What I am seeking is help restoring this and cleaning up any settings so there is no further issues. Ideally I guess it would be good to jump on a call and give remote access to my computer but am open to alternatives. Please let me know best approach here and rates as well. Thank you!
