Help connecting Facebook and Instagram business profiles

I have a Facebook and Instagram account for my business. I am not able to connect them in order to use Facebook and Instagram Business Tools. Because of this, I can't connect them to Canva, MailChimp and other tools. I think I did something wrong in my setup of the accounts. I would like someone to join me for a video call to see the issue that I am having and then help me troubleshoot and resolve this issue. This is a 1-2 hour troubleshooting project. Thank you!
