Strategy & Planning Identify and recommend optimal geofencing targets across multiple cities in Virginia Advise on platform selection (e.g., Simpli.fi, GroundTruth, El Toro, or comparable) Develop and implement a scalable, measurable campaign strategy aligned with personal injury intake goals Recommend monthly ad spend ranges and define campaign KPIs 2. Geofence Deployment Draw polygon-based geofences (not simple radius targeting) around: ERs, urgent care clinics, walk-in medical facilities Collision repair and body shops Towing yards and salvage locations Physical therapy and chiropractic offices Eliminate irrelevant device data (e.g., hospital staff or neighboring retail foot traffic) Set up multi-location coverage, starting with 15–50 individual locations 3. Device ID Capture & Retargeting Capture mobile device IDs from users who enter geofenced areas Retarget those devices with legal service ads across: Mobile apps Display networks OTT/CTV if applicable Retarget over a defined period (typically 30–90 days) Optimize timing and frequency caps to maximize conversions 4. Creative Services Independently design all necessary ad creative, including: Mobile banners HTML5 animated display units OTT/CTV video (if applicable) Craft legally compliant copy specific to personal injury Provide A/B testing and ad variant rotation Adjust messaging to meet Virginia bar advertising guidelines and HIPAA-sensitive targeting needs 5. Campaign Management & Optimization Handle end-to-end setup, launch, monitoring, and optimization Deliver detailed reports on: Reach, impressions, clicks, and click-through rate (CTR) CPM, CPC, and conversion metrics (tracked via call analytics and landing pages) Device engagement lifecycle 6.
