The accommodation request pending since March 20, 2025, has been mishandled by the employer. This role is to prep an EEOC charge, attachment to the charge, outlining facts, and organizing exhibits for easy filing. Matter concerns technical and content inaccessibility, hard-coded barriers, discrimination, failure to accommodate, retaliation, and harassment. There is breakdown of the interactive process on the employer's end along with many statements and refusal to make their barriers in their technology and other non-technical digitally delivered content accessible. I need someone who can help draft and edit the EEOC charge and put together the exhibits and arguments for clear presentation to the EEOC. Ideally, the candidate who is hired will have: - WCAG compliance knowledge - EEOC complaint draft experience and knowledge of the forms/templates - Ability to explain technology barriers and accessibility issues to non-technical and technical audiences - Great writing skills - Availability to deliver urgently and quickly, ideally this weekend
