Hello, We’re looking for an editor who’s worked on multiple dark mafia romance books. If you can’t take the steam, I wouldn’t step into this kitchen. These books are dark, gritty, and steamy as a kettle. If explicit scenes or morally grey characters make you uncomfortable, this won’t be a fit. We’re only looking for someone with experience in this niche. If you haven’t edited dark mafia romance before, it’s probably not the right fit. Books are usually between 50k to 100k words. Pay is $50 per 25k. We know you’re worth more — but the drafts come in pretty clean, so this is a light polish, not a full rewrite. This gig is best for someone who actually enjoys reading these stories and wants to make a little extra cash while editing them. We like a 5-day turnaround max. The quicker, the better.
