Position Overview: We’re seeking a tech-savvy, solutions-driven Systems & Operations Strategist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for streamlining and optimizing the operational backbone of our clients’ businesses. From systems setup and automation to process improvement and growth infrastructure, you'll provide the strategy, implementation, and customization needed to help wellness entrepreneurs scale with ease. Key Responsibilities: Assess client operations and identify opportunities for systematization and automation Develop and implement strategic operational solutions to support business growth and sustainability Create and customize systems using Go High Level, and other CRMs to meet client-specific needs Build and optimize backend workflows for e-commerce and service-based businesses using platforms like Shopify and Squarespace Design and document streamlined SOPs, workflows, and team communication systems Support client onboarding, internal processes, and backend organization for scalable structure Leverage templates and frameworks while delivering personalized systems that reflect client workflows and preferences Stay up to date on tools, trends, and best practices in online business operations and automation
