We focus on home use tests where consumers are shipped products in exchange for their feedback. The qualitative projects you'd be working on all are in the beauty space… think a 2 week trial where 50 women are testing a new facial serum and we get their feedback on day 1, 7, and 14 using a series of qualitative questions, quantitative questions, and photo/video uploads. Requirements: - learn how to use our platform to test physical products; the platform houses all key information about the project, from screener, to recruiting specs, to survey development, to analytics - so the customer can track progress of the projects we run for them. - for each project, lead the external kickoff call with the customer, screener + discussion guide creation/iteration, survey programming, client communication throughout project duration (typically 4-6 weeks), and deep analysis/report development. Time commitment: you’d likely work on 1-2 projects at a time to start, which I imagine would require 20-30 hrs a week.
