Design Aesthetic: • Sleek and minimal — Clean lines, plenty of white space, elegant structure • Feminine and strong — We want to strike the balance of sophistication and approachability without being stuffy or overly traditional • Polished but warm — Professional doesn’t have to mean impersonal; we want personality and culture to come through Visual Elements & Branding: • Primary Colors: Cream (background), Silver (accents), Brown (all text) • Consistent use of the brand colors across all pages for cohesion • Incorporate our new logo prominently, with careful consideration for how it renders on mobile and desktop Tone & Personality: Our tone should reflect strategic sophistication with warmth—elevated, confident, and human. We want clients and colleagues to feel both trust and connection when they visit the site. Platform & Technical Details: • We currently use WordPress with Beaver Builder and InMotion and plan to continue using this platform • The site should follow SEO best practices, be mobile optimized, and meet ADA accessibility standards • We want fast load times, a clean backend structure, and scalability for future growth Timeline & Ongoing Support: • We are looking to move quickly and hope to complete this project in three weeks • We prefer to have an ongoing relationship with the developer for site updates and maintenance
