I run a boutique creative marketing agency and am looking for a freelance Creative Project Manager to help manage timelines, tasks, and client communications for a range of nonprofit and mission-driven clients. This role is part-time, but requires availability and responsiveness during EST business hours. You should be someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to work with creative teams. What You’ll Be Doing: • Managing timelines and deliverables between clients, designers, and developers • Following up with clients and team members to keep projects moving • Reviewing drafts (design, copy, decks) and flagging issues before they go out • Drafting clear, client-facing emails and weekly recaps • Occasionally helping with presentation formatting, task assignment, or scheduling • Taking initiative to clarify vague requests and propose next steps • Supporting the agency principal by removing friction, not creating more Ideal Candidate: • US-based, with strong writing and communication skills • Background in marketing, creative services, or digital production • Fluent in tools like Asana, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack • Comfortable working autonomously and making thoughtful judgment calls • Has a strong visual eye and understands creative deliverables (you don’t need to be a designer, but you do need to know what “clean” looks like) • Understands nonprofit, purpose-driven, or cultural communications (bonus if you’re familiar with Jewish spaces) • Prefers long-term freelance relationships over full-time jobs
