Description: We are a Toledo, Ohio-based wealth management firm managing approximately 700 households, and we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud expert to assist with the continued growth of our Salesforce platform. What the relationship looks like: we are looking for someone who can help troubleshoot inconsistencies or isolated issues within our system. You would work directly with one individual from our firm who would provide you a detailed outline of an isolated issue and you would help troubleshoot. The hours and workload would vary week to week, and we would be super flexible based on the severity of the issue identified. On average I would estimate there to be 1-3 tickets logged per week requiring ~60 minutes per ticket. Ideally, we could agree to some sort of SLA that has a 24-48 hour turnaround time, depending on the complexity of the issue identified. The goal would be for this role to own all back-in troubleshooting the system. I attached examples of what previous requests have looked like for your reference. Must have experience with Financial Services Cloud. Experience with the following products and/or features is a plus: - Pardot/Account Engagement - Marketing Cloud Engagement - Quip - Flows - Account engagement - Einstein - Sales & Service - Salesforce Inbox Requirements: Proven expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is essential. Familiarity with Pardot or Account Engagement is a strong plus. Experience working with wealth management or financial services firms is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and set realistic, transparent expectations for project completion. Project Timeline: We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and deliver within set deadlines efficiently.
