We’re a small private startup using ClickUp to manage our projects and operations. We’re looking for an experienced ClickUp Consultant to join us for a limited engagement to review our current workspace setup and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. What we need: - A handful of live video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) to walk through our current ClickUp setup. - Expert feedback on how we can better structure our spaces, folders, lists, tasks, and views. - Recommendations for optimizing workflows, automations, and team collaboration. - Guidance on dashboards, integrations, or scaling usage as our client base grows. You should have: - Proven experience setting up and optimizing ClickUp for small teams or startups. - Strong communication skills and the ability to ask the right questions to understand our unique needs. - A strategic mindset — not just how to use ClickUp, but how to make it work better for us.
