We are seeking a proactive Shopify assistant to help with order management and customer communication. Your role will involve ordering products, managing existing orders, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset. If you are familiar with the Shopify platform and possess strong communication abilities, we would love to hear from you. This position is going to be assisting me in daily orders and customer help. This person would check Shopify in the morning and evening to see what needs to be ordered, checked on and if any customers need to be emailed. Looking for long term relationship but it should be couple hours a day, more on Mondays if no work is done on the weekend.
