Currently working with multiple factories and logistics partners and I am looking for someone to help me manage this. Ideally, I am looking for someone to where I never have to speak to a vendor again or fill out any sort of inbound report. Outside my status updates with you, and approving POs and art, I don't want to be bogged down by it. Currently I work with 2 factories, One 3PL, and Fulfilled by Tik Tok. This could turn into a scenario where I am also shipping to consolidators or retailers. Forecasting and demand planning Inventory management Importing and Customs Freight / Freight Forwarding Inventory Optimizations - identifying better methods and distribution of inventory to cut costs.
