This role is not for beginners, SDRs, or volume-based cold DMs. We're looking for someone with real B2B sales training, creativity, and the ability to connect with high-level buyers, founders, and retail decision-makers across platforms and touchpoints. What You’ll Do: Act as a trusted LinkedIn representative for our CEO and brand—engaging under our voice (with approval) Use Sales Navigator + curated lead lists to identify 80/20 prospects: retailers, founders, and fashion executives Send personalized, relationship-driven DMs, voice messages, and Loom videos—no spam, no automation Execute creative sales touchpoints like handwritten notes, curated gifting, or celebration mailers to retail HQs Research leads deeply before outreach and qualify only serious, aligned opportunities Log all activity and communication in our CRM and report lead quality regularly ✅ You Are: A trained B2B salesperson (3–5+ years) with fashion or retail sales experience Skilled at creating real relationships with high-level decision-makers Experienced in creative, thoughtful outreach—especially to corporate or luxury leads Fluent in LinkedIn and confident representing a premium brand voice Strategic and disciplined in follow-up, research, and CRM tracking
