Our mission is to make complex HR and regulatory tasks effortless for our clients by combining human expertise with smart tools. We act as an extension of our clients’ teams, helping them stay compliant, run smooth operations, and focus on what they do best. Right now, we’re growing faster than our team can support so we are looking for a part-time HR Generalist to help us provide excellent support to our clients. You’d be joining a small, operationally savvy team that works collaboratively using tools like Zendesk, Rippling, Deel, and Slack to manage client requests and keep HR processes moving. What you’ll help with: Managing employee onboarding and offboarding tasks Entering and maintaining employee data in systems like Rippling and Deel Coordinating with external benefits providers Assisting with compliance topics like COBRA, parental leave by state, payroll changes, and more Responding to client requests via Zendesk tickets with clear, professional communication What we’re looking for: 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or PeopleOps role Hands-on experience with platforms like Rippling, Deel, and similar HRIS/benefits tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfort working independently and communicating asynchronously Familiarity with U.S. employment regulations and multi-state compliance Details: Part-time: Approx. 20 hours/week to start Start ASAP: Immediate coverage needed, with potential for longer-term work If you’re a reliable HR pro who’s comfortable stepping into a fast-paced, high-trust environment, we’d love to hear from you.
