Who You Are The Recruiter will assist with sourcing, screening and interviewing top candidates for the talent pipeline. You’ll also coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in other areas as needed. What You'll Do Draft job posts with relevant keywords to attract candidates Screen for candidate qualifications and culture fit Actively review and shortlist candidates, even for inactive or future roles Source and recruit candidates or internal, full time positions as well as freelancer positions across multiple job sites Use various tools such as Indeed, Upwork and others to find ideal candidates and manage job postings Interview first round candidates and forward eligible candidates onto hiring managers for additional interview rounds Represent the company and communicate the employer brand to prospective employees, and consistently provide a high level of customer service Provide assistance with other administrative tasks as needed What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience The ability to work Monday-Friday PST business hours Proficiency with Google Suite Multi-platform sourcing experience Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines Strong decision making, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills Superb communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across multiple departments You’re an energetic, passionate self starter who wants to make a difference in the world.
