We’re hiring a strategic operator and systems builder to help scale multiple businesses across real estate, construction, and property management. You won’t be managing tasks — you’ll be architecting how the business runs without bottlenecks. This includes building team structures, optimizing workflows, documenting SOPs, and integrating tools like CRMs, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and ClickUp. This is a remote-first, part-time or contract-to-hire role with direct collaboration with the founder and long-term leadership potential.
