Background: I am preparing to incorporate my startup as a C-corp through Stripe Atlas. Advise on how to structure the agreement if a cofounder joins, including best practices for cofounder vesting and any necessary modifications. Ensure that the modified agreement is legally sound and enforceable. Advise on any potential tax implications of modifying the vesting schedule, particularly regarding the 83(b) election that Stripe Atlas automatically files.
