Job Title: Licensed Attorneys – Nationwide (Remote Contract Work) Company: Lento Law Group, P.C. Location: Remote – United States (must be licensed in any U.S. state) Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Description: Lento Law Group, P.C., a national law firm with offices across the United States, is seeking licensed, experienced, and motivated attorneys for remote contract work. Our firm handles a wide array of legal matters including civil litigation, personal injury, education law, Title IX defense, immigration, family law, and criminal defense. We are expanding and looking for attorneys who are ready to work in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. Responsibilities: • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence • Appear in court (virtually or in person where applicable) • Conduct legal research and case analysis • Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters • Communicate effectively with clients and internal team • Maintain accurate records and case documentation Requirements: • Must be a licensed attorney in any U.S. state and in good standing • Minimum of 2 years of legal experience preferred • Strong written and oral communication skills • Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision • Comfortable using cloud-based legal platforms (e.g., Clio, MyCase, etc.) Preferred but Not Required: • Multi-state licensure • Bilingual (especially Spanish) • Experience with Zoom court appearances Compensation: • Competitive hourly rates or flat-fee per case assignments, based on experience and area of law • Opportunities for ongoing work and long-term collaboration How to Apply: Please submit your resume, bar license information, and a brief cover letter outlining your legal experience and availability.
