We are seeking an experienced tax accountant specializing in accounting for early stage startups to do a 30 to 60 minute consultation call. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in share issuance and 409A valuations, providing crucial guidance to help our clients navigate the complexities of startup financing and compliance. The scenario is 3 cofounders that formed a startup would like to issue more shares, rebalance equity percentages and establish an option pool for employees and advisors/board members/consultants.
