A level 10 would mean you basically don't have anything left to learn, and if new isues come up you identify them immediately. 4. Can you work EST Time Zone Working Hours? 5. Can you take responsibility from day 1, with your main purpose to take as much (all) the work from your manager. 6. Do you have an Accounting Degree? 7. Do you have at least 3 years of experience at a public accounting firm. If not why do you think you can perform at high levels based on your other experience? 8. Do you have the ability to do client onboarding & management - includes ability to deal with various clients and temperaments? 9. Do you have the ability to run a job from beginning to end without supervision? OVERVIEW: Accounting Senior for a startup CPA Accounting Firm, specializing in providing QUALITY Accounting (Bookkeeping), Tax and other CPA services for small and medium sized businesses and their owners. This position will work directly with the owner and help build the company. Great opportunity, to leave your mark, and make some significant financial gains as the business kicks off with profit sharing. Need someone who understands GAAP and accounting very well. First 6-9 Months: - Contractor (1099), part time position. - Time requirement vary depending on clients, including client cleanup that might require 40h/week or more, but could be as low as 20h/week. - Allow the Managing Partner to focus on growing the business.
